In Paphos there are 11 blue flagged beaches. Every hotel on sea side has its own beach. In Cyprus all beaches are open for public, you can use the hotel’s beach but not the facilities. There are beautiful beaches beyond town of Paphos : Coral Bay, Laourou, Lara ( turtle sanctuary), Dasoudi, Pomos . For these you will need a car, which is very cheap

Paphos has plently of nightlife as there is a whole street dedicated to clubs and bars and believe it or not this is called bar street. It is great for all ages but mostly teens frequent them. The best bars are: bubbles (top), woodyz and divas and california beach bar and if you are looking for more than just booze then hit boogies the karaoke club.
